Version History:

30/03/04: Version 3.7a
Special verison with minor changes to some REM statements. Packaged with this readme file
and zipped for download from www.r3uk.com

02/03/04: Version 3.7
Added CTRL-Shift-S Shortcut for Strikethrough text (as used in Process sections)

23/02/04: Version 3.6
Changed the tray numbers for the HP4200. The previous numbers don't (for some reason) work
with all the 4200 printers. This fix should sort that out.

20/02/04: Version 3.5
Changed the headed tray number for the HP4200. Note that the 4200 itself needs Tray 3 to
be set as Letterheaded for this macro to work and for Process to work correctly with it

19/02/04: Version 3.4
Removed support for the Tally T9116D printer as under certain rare circumstances it clashes
with the more common HP4200 printers. Tally T9116D printers can still be used but must
be set up on the server with a HP LaserJet IIIP driver

18/02/04: Version 3.3
Included the "About" box which will list the arrays of tray numbers/names to make it easier
when new printers need to be added
Added a 'Copies' box so multiple copies can be requested at time of printing

16/02/04: Version 3.2
Bugfixed the HP4200tn - some changes needed to improve the tray switching code to allow the
4200tn to change from headed paper to plain

25/11/03: Version 3.1
Added support for HP4100tn using Large Capacity Tray (ID 11)

22/10/03: Version 3.0
Implemented autotext fix.
Set up basic version macro and smiley
Updated the printer name variable strings (again) to better reflect the printer models
Set a variable name for unsuitable/unrecognised printers
Some cosmetic changes to the dialogue box

13/10/03: Version 2.2
Added support for the Tally T9116D Printer (for use when using Tally driver)
Updated the printer name variable strings to better reflect the printer models

September '03: Version 2.1
Added support for CTRL-ALT-P (headed, no copy) printing

August '03: Version 2.0
Macros set up for CTRL-SHIFT-P printing (headed plus copy)
Printer driver interrogation set up and tested

Previous versions:
Version 1.0 - original macro as used with W95 (not suitable for 2000)
